CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Shaw University's junior Necarri Moore (Portsmouth, VA) of the Lady Bears women's bowling team was named to the 2020 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Bowling All-Conference team announced by the league office Thursday afternoon.
Moore was ranked 13th overall in the league with a bowling average of 160.10. She led the Lady Bears in total pinfalls and average all season long highlighted by a 223 roll during the CIAA Round-Up (Feb. 9) which gave her the Southern Division highest game average for the event.
Bobby Henderson of Fayetteville State was named CIAA Coach of the Year as the Lady Broncos captured the Southern Division title. Meanwhile, Bowie State garnered the Northern Division title and has won five straight CIAA titles.
