RALEIGH, N.C. – Shaw University men's and women's head soccer coach Randy McClure announced the hiring of Mario Andrade as an assistant coach to his staff on Thursday.
"We are delighted to add a coach with Mario's playing and coaching experience to our staff," added McClure. "His energy and enthusiasm for player development will serve as a tremendous asset as we look to continue to build the soccer program here at Shaw University."

He has also played at the semi-pro level in Iceland and the United States. Andrade holds coaching licenses from the United States Soccer Federation and the United Soccer Coaches organization. He has coached youth players as well, including time with the Tar River Youth Soccer Association and the North Carolina Football Club.
