MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. (April 15) – The Shaw University women's track & field team earned six top-10 finishes at The Trojan Relays on Saturday.

Symone Wright led the way with a third-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles. She was part of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed fourth. The team also included Anijah Triggs, Micah Wright and Brijette Basden.

5^th – Iysis Martinez – Triple jump (38-5.5)
7^th – Gabrielle Henry – Shot Put (38-3.25)
8^th – Ashanti Wright – Shot Put (38-1.5)
9^th – Ashanti Wright – Discus (120-7)
