Four Named All-CIAA
Khamiya Smith, Lisa
Stewart, Patricia Beckham and Persia Brown were named to the 2005
All-CIAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship Team.
Smith, a
freshman from Sanford, NC finished third in the high jump with a
jump of 1.57 m. Stewart, a junior from Los Angeles, CA
finished second in the 3000m run and 3rd in the 1,500m run with
times of 11:38.18 and 5:15.70, respectively. Beckham, a junior
from Hampton, VA finished third in the 800m with a time of
2:27.43. Brown finished second in the discus throw with a
throw of 32.12 meters.
