LADY BEARS ENTERING CIAA TENNIS TOURNEY AS #1 SEED
(4/17/06) – For the third consecutive
year the Shaw University Lady Bears Tennis team is entering the CIAA Tennis
Tournament as Eastern Division Champs and the #1 seed. Leading SU is
senior All-CIAA #1 singles, Ffion Fletcher. The Montego Bay, Jamaica native
is presently 16-0 and is taking an impressive two year 35-0 mark into the
tournament.
