All-Academic team. Women's tennis
player Tanisha Hall and men's tennis player Daniel Sabogal were named to the
first team, while women's tennis players Ffion Fletcher and Monique Lawson were
named to the second team.
Hall, a junior from Montego Bay, Jamaica and was the 2005 #3 CIAA singles
champion has a 4.00 grade point average in Business Administration.
Sabogal, a sophomore from Cali, Columbia was the #3 CIAA singles champion and
helped lead Shaw to its first-ever CIAA Championship. He has amassed a
4.00 grade point average in Business Administration. Fletcher, a junior
from Montego Bay, Jamaica has a 4.00 grade point average in Computer
Information Systems. She was the 2005 #1 CIAA Singles champion and was
the CIAA regular season and tournament MVP. Lawson, a sophomore from
Montego Bay, Jamaica has a 3.94 grade point average in Sociology.
