Lady Bears placed 7^th  in the 2006 Raleigh xc invitational

The SU Lady Bears finished 7^th out of 8 schools in the 2006 Adidas Raleigh XC Invitational, held at the SAS Soccer Park in Cary, NC. The even was won by NC State. Shaw's top finisher was Ashley Bledsoe who finished 33^rd overall with a time of 23:23.00. The Lady Bears finished with 209 points. The Lady Bears will be in action again on September 23, 2006 at the NC Collegiate Championship in Greensboro, NC.
