Curtis Drops 22 In Maroon-White Scrimmage

Sophomore Kiarsha Curtis scored 22 points last night as the White team defeated the Maroon team 48 -35 in a 27 minute women's team exhibition game. Curtis who lead all scorers made five field goals including  four three pointers. She was joined in double figures by Jessica Hawkins, who had 10 points. Latasha Shipman had seven assists. For the Maroon team it was Williams who lead with 14 points and Mesha Salters added 10. 

The Lady Bears will open their 2003-2004 season on November 15th on the road against West Virginia Tech.
