Roger Pfister, Jr.
Head Athletic Trainer

Roger Pfister, Jr. enters his second season as head athletic trainer at Shaw University.  A 2001 graduate of McKendree College he received a Bachelor of Science degree in both athletic training and physical education.  While attending McKendree College, Pfister worked as a student athletic trainer with various teams from 1999-2001.  Some of his other wok experiences include York College Athletic Training Education Internship (2001-02), State Games of America (2000), Illinois State High School Wrestling Sectional (2000), and Prairie State Games (1998-2001).

A native of Highland, IL, Pfister is nationally certified by the National Athletic Trainer’s Board of Certification.
