Title: Volunteer Assistant Offensive Line Coach

Trevekio Roberts joined the Shaw University football program as the volunteer assistant offensive line coach in the spring of 2017.

Prior to beginning his coaching career, Roberts was a two-year letterman for the Bears program during the 2015 and 2016 season's where he was an offensive lineman under head football coach Adrian Jones.

During his stint as a student-athlete at Shaw, Roberts started his entire football career. In addition, he was was a member of the Bears football team that won the first ever Raleigh Classic against rival Saint Augustine's in 2016. Roberts was also voted lineman of the week by his teammates during that game.

Native of Anniston, Ala., Roberts played one season at Erie Community College where he totaled seven pancakes against Monroe College. Before Erie, Roberts played one season at Huntingdon College where he helped the team to a 7-3 winning season.
