Shaw Lady Bears Repeat as CIAA Tennis Champions

 

(Petersburg, VA) – The Shaw women’s tennis team captured the 2010 CIAA Championship with a 5-2 victory against host Virginia State University Saturday afternoon.  This is the second straight season the Lady Bears have won the championship.  [more]

Tennis Teams Prepare for NCAA Tourney

Bears and Lady Bears Begin Play May 6

 

(Raleigh, NC) – The Shaw men’s and women’s tennis teams are preparing for NCAA Tournament play that begins May 6.  The men will travel to Buckhannon, WV, to take on Bloomsburg.  Meanwhile, the women will travel to Slippery Rock, PA, to take on Indiana (PA).  [more]
