Shaw to Participate in Down East Viking Football Classic Press Conference

Rocky Mount, NC - On Wednesday, July 18 at 11:00 am the City of Rocky Mount will hold its annual press conference for the 10th Annual Down East Viking Football Classic. The classic will feature of the host Vikings of Elizabeth City State University and the Bears of Shaw University. The contest will take place in Rocky Mount, NC on September 22, 2007 with a kick off time of 2:00.

Giving remarks on behalf of Shaw University will be Head Coach Darrell Asberry and Mr. Martel Perry, Executive VP and on behalf of Elizabeth City State University will be Head Coach Waverly Tillar and Dr. Willie Gilchrist, Chancellor.
