Nate Aaron and James Rosebud each recorded a double double as Shaw defeated St. Augustine's 71-65 before a capacity crowd at Southeast Raleigh High School.

Aaron recorded 17 points and 10 rebounds and Rosebud recorded 15 points and 12 rebounds.  Shaw (4-13, 2-4)  went down by 10 points twice in the game but kept close and rallied to win.  In the last two minutes and 18 seconds of the game, Shaw held St. Augustine's (6-9, 3-4) to 0-for-4 shooting from the field and one turnover.  Claude Neeley had a game-high 19 points.

Shaw will next play at St. Paul's on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
