Shaw loses in first in Tournament; Rebounds to stay alive

The Shaw baseball team lost its first round game to St. Augustine's, who had to play-in to get into the tournament 7-5, before turning around to beat Elizabeth City State 5-3 in Petersburg to stay alive in the 2003 CIAA Baseball Tournament.  The Bears are of course the defending champions and will face the loser of Virginia State/St. Augustine's Friday at 2:00 p.m.
