Chris Outlaw is entering his first year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Shaw University. His responsibilities with Shaw are to assist with administrative duties, as well as evaluation and treatment of injuries.
Outlaw received his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2014 from North Carolina Central University. He worked as a Graduate Assistant at NCCU while obtaining his Master’s degree in Athletic Administration and graduated in May 2016.
Over the past couple of years, Outlaw worked as an athletic trainer covering various sporting events in the area.
Originally from Watertown, NY, Outlaw has lived in North Carolina for over 25 years. Prior to his time with North Carolina Central University, he worked at the City of Durham.
Outlaw currently resides in Raleigh with fiancée Amy.
