Method/Philosophy

The Shaw University Strength and Conditioning program is based on high intension and philosophy training that focuses on helping each athlete reach their genetic and mental potential. This includes strength training, flexibility, conditioning, nutrition, speed work, agility and mobility training but most importantly, building the mental side as a athlete!

The strength program will build the best conditioned athlete with perfect balance mentally and physically. And most of all it gives each athlete the opportunity to the success of the team.
