SHAW POM POM’S TWO CHEERLEADERS ON ALL-CIAA CHEER SQUAD

November 5, 2007 – Congratulations to Head Coach Eulonda Booker and the Shaw University Cheerleading Team as they have two student-athlete representatives named to the Football All-CIAA Cheer Squad. Shaw’s two standout selections are Laurie Cook and Kristyn Carswell.

Cook hails from Charles City, VA and is in her initial year serving as a cheerleader. She is a sophomore in the classroom majoring in Psychology with a 3.6 grade point average. Carswell is entering her second year serving as a cheerleader. The Houston, TX native is a sophomore majoring in Elementary Education with a 2.5 grade point average.
