Shaw Powers Past Livingstone 68-50 On Second Half Run

(Raleigh, NC) – Shaw used a 19-1 scoring run early in the second half to power past Livingstone 68-50. Tanisha McGaughey led the Lady Bears with 20 points.   [more]     [box score]

Shaw Reschedules Home Doubleheaders Against FSU and Chowan

 (Raleigh, NC) – Shaw University today announced that it has rescheduled the Fayetteville State men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader for Wednesday, February 17, 2010.  The games, originally scheduled for January 30, were postponed due to inclement weather.  [more]

 

Shaw Finishes Seventh in CIAA Bowling Roundup

(Raleigh, NC) – Fayetteville State finished the weekend-long CIAA Bowling Roundup in first place with both the best record and most total pins.  Shaw finished seventh in the 12-team field which competed at the AMF Capital Lanes. [more]
